Refund Policy

Eligibility for Refunds:

Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase.

To be eligible for a refund, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and include all original packaging.


Non-Refundable Items:

Digital downloads or items on sale are non-refundable.

Customized or personalized products cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.


How to Request a Refund:

Email us at studio@audioforce.live with your order number and reason for the return.

Once approved, we’ll provide return instructions.


Refund Process:

Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

Shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer unless the item was defective or incorrect.
